Refund policy

At AgentOS, we stand behind our digital products and want you to succeed. Because our products are digital software/files delivered via internet download, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee under specific conditions.

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

2. Eligibility for a Refund To be eligible for a refund, we ask that you:

  • Contact our support team at agentos.support@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Briefly explain why the product did not meet your expectations or how we can improve.

  • Note: Refunds are generally granted if the product is proven to be defective, not as described, or if you encountered technical issues that our team could not resolve.

3. Non-Refundable Situations As these are digital assets, refunds may be denied in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after downloading the full asset.

  • You do not have the required software/knowledge to use the files (as stated in the product description).

  • Multiple refund requests from the same customer over time (to prevent abuse).

4. Refund Process Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, Shopify Balance) within 5-10 business days.

5. Access Revocation Please note that once a refund is issued, your license to use the digital product (PDF, prompts, etc.) will be revoked, and you must delete all copies of the files from your devices.
